Dopptralalalalalalalalalalay (full name: Doppy Doppweiler) is an alien that lives on Planet Zeenu, and looks like Sheen's friend, Carl Wheezer. He is voiced by Rob Paulsen.
Another character similar to both Dopptralalalalalalalalalalay and Carl appears as Noah Byrd's Original Creation, named Dippy Dipper, Also voiced by Rob Paulsen.

Although Sheen can't seem to put his finger on it, Dopptralalalalalalalalalalay is obviously Planet Zeenu's very own version of his good friend Carl Wheezer! He is also the only creature on Zeenu who's more of an airhead than our hero, Sheen. This, of course, makes them fast friends. And although Dorkus is always trying to trick Dopptralalalalalalalalalalay into betraying his new bud, the four-eyed, sluggish sweetheart always does his best to help Sheen succeed. When he first appeared in Is This Cute?, the character of Dopptralalalalalalalalalalay received mixed reviews from television critics. But that quickly changed in the following episodes. His parents are shown to be scared of everything. According to him, he had his spine removed by Dorkus.
